Jessica Simpson‘s baby shower was so much fun that the mom-to-be can’t help but share a look inside the affair with fans worldwide. Photos and a video posted on the singer’s official site reveal details of the joyous occasion.

The image above, complete with a video (watch below) was posted to Jessica Simpson’s personal web site Tuesday. A photo of the baby shower honoree with fiance Eric Johnson is captioned, “Creating a family is the best thing I’ve done in my life.”

A second photo of Jessica Simpson and her mother, Tina Simpson, reads, “I really hope I can be half as good of a mom as my mom has been to me.”

An additional photo of the singer and nephew Bronx Mowgli (son of sister Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz), available on her personal site, is captioned, “I can’t wait until Bronx meets his new cousin!”
