Beyonce was spotted out yet again in New York City with baby Blue Ivy, while daddy Jay-Z was away at the South by Southwest music festival.

At SXSW, Jay-Z dedicated “Glory” to all the parents in the audience. Jay-Z wrote “Glory” after Blue’s birth – you may recall she was even featured on the track.

Beyonce looked beautiful, wearing a khaki and black outfit with a jacket, while Blue hung close in the carrier, her mom covering baby’s head.

Blue had on a tiny pair of Marc Jacobs shoes – hey, you know this baby has got to be stylish, though we haven’t seen more than her legs dangling out of a carrier!
