Felicity Huffman loves having her two daughters home from school in the summertime — at least for the first few weeks. Blogging about her planned “playcations” to keep the kids busy, the actress wrote on What The Flicka:

I always look forward to summertime. We don’t have the daily grind of school routines, and we can all just relax and be a family together. But, after about 2 weeks of vacation, the panic sets in of: “WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH MY KIDS?!” Then, after about a month has gone by, the silent cry begins: “I can’t wait for school to start! Who knew August was 60 days long!”

Felicity Huffman, who is mother of nearly 12-year-old daughter Sophie and 10-year-old Georgia with husband William H. Macy, continued:

Whether it is joining your daughter outside for a tea party at “Buckingham Palace” or being the Robin to your son’s Batman. You can join them on a roller coaster of imagination, and also just watch as their thoughts take off and go places us “grown up’s” could never dream of!
