Holly Madison is on her way to becoming a mom! The Las Vegas Peepshow star, formerly known best as one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends on Girl’s Next Door, is expecting a child with boyfriend Pasquale Rotella.

Along with confirming the pregnancy news to People, Holly Madison tweeted Tuesday, “Thank you for all the words of congratulations! ☺”

“I’ve wanted kids and that’s something I’m definitely doing as soon as possible,” Madison said previously in early summer. “Definitely being with the right guy has a lot to do with it. My relationship is awesome. I’m happier than I’ve ever been in my personal life.”

In July, the 33-year-old, who has opted not to renew her Peepshow contract, announced she had begun the adoption process.

No word yet on if Holly Madison’s pregnancy news has pushed her adoption plans to the side, or if she plans to welcome a child that way as well as by giving birth!
