Jessica Capshaw, Grey’s Anatomy star extraordinaire, is the proud mother of three! Showing off her children, including baby Poppy, the actress posted the photo seen above to Twitter on Monday.

Explaining her own reaction to the photo, Jessica Capshaw wrote along with the image, “It kind of hadn’t hit me that I have THREE children until I saw this picture…I am so lucky!!!”

The 35-year-old, who gave birth to daughter Poppy on June 20, is in good company with a little one in the extended Grey’s Anatomy / Private Practice family. She tweeted to fellow actress Caterina Scorsone just two days earlier, “Congrats @caterinatweets and Rob! We are beyond thrilled upon the arrival of baby Eliza. Poppy can’t wait to meet her! Yahooo!!! xx”
