Has Jessica Simpson had her baby yet? As of Saturday, the word straight from the mom-to-be is no — and for goodness sake, don’t believe every bit of gossip you hear!

“To everyone who keeps congratulating me on the birth of my baby girl,” Jessica Simpson tweeted Saturday, “I’m still pregnant!! Don’t believe what you read ladies and gents.”

Other recent messages from the singer, pictured here smiling alongside fiance Eric Johnson in January, concerning pregnancy have included:

- I can’t wait for the day I can walk in heels again! My feet feel homesick!
