Simpson shared this photo on Twitter, writing: “Woke up looking like the lip injection fairy visited me in the night! Is this how pregnancy face begins?! Yikes”

Yes, when you’re pregnant your face gets a little fuller, but how about those lips?

Jess has also tweeted that she’s eager to get back into shape after baby, tweeting: “Looking forward to getting back into Daisy Duke shape with @MADfit. I forget what having a waistline feels like!”

Still, she’s enjoying her growing belly and is looking healthy and happy.
