Katie Holmes and Suri Curise are counting their blessings this morning, after their car was hit by a garbage truck Monday night!

The actress, who filed for divorce from Tom Cruise just weeks ago, was traveling in a Mercedes with 6-year-old daughter Suri when a garbage truck swiped the rear side of their car. People reports there were no injuries in the accident, but that the youngster was visibly upset.

Last Friday, Katie Holmes‘ car was also struck by a paparazzi photographer, after the pair had enjoyed a shopping trip to toy store FAO Schwartz.
