Motherhood is looking good on Beyonce — so good that People magazine has chosen her as the 2012 World’s Most Beautiful Woman!

The mother of Blue Ivy Carter is seen here on People magazine’s latest cover, and inside the pages she reveals just a bit more about her baby girl.

“I feel more beautiful than I’ve ever felt because I’ve given birth,” shared Beyonce. “I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth.”

“She’s just the cutest thing,” the new mom added of daughter Blue Ivy. When asked who baby girl resembles Beyonce insisted simply, “She looks like Blue. She’s her own person.”

“The best thing about having a daughter is having a true legacy,” Beyonce added. “The word ‘love’ means something completely different now.”
