Espejo Publico claims a source has confided to them that the star is expecting again, though no official word has been released.

On the perks of becoming mother to son Leo, born Jan 22 of last year, the 38-year-old has said, “For me, having my son means I worry less. I’ve always loved to worry – ever since I was a little girl people would tell me I worry too much.”

Penelope Cruz continued, “But these days I really have to pick my subjects to worry about because there are only so many hours in the day.”

Despite the rumors, the actress didn’t appear to look bump-ish at the recent To Rome With Love premiere — did she?
