Jessica Simpson announced her pregnancy yesterday with the mummy costume photo, but she also revealed a new portrait with hubby-to-be Johnson and their dog, posing for the camera.

Jessica shows off her mummified baby bump, while Eric is dressed as Larry Bird in a classic Celtics uniform.

Earlier in the day, Simpson had announced “It’s true! I’m going to be a mummy.”

Are we seeing a new trend in how celebs announce their pregnancies? Beyonce had the now famous bump reveal at the MTV VMA’s and Jessica spilled the baby beans with a playful costume and play on words.
