Rosie Pope knows firsthand the emotional toll infertility can take. After welcoming 3-year-old son J.R. the Pregnant in Heels star just couldn’t seem to get pregnant.

Many rounds of IVF and the removal of a fallopian tube later, she gave birth to Wellington and suspected another baby was out of the question — but her body had other plans!

“It was surreal,” Rosie Pope told Life & Style of finding out she was pregnant just six months later. “I was bracing for medicine and years of trying — and then I was pregnant!”

“Having a girl, I feel complete,” she continued. “I finally have the family we’d been trying for for so long.”
