Snooki‘s son Lorenzo has had his first official taste of stardom! The first member of Jersey Shore‘s next generation has made his photo debut on the cover of People magazine.

The photo shoot for Snooki and baby Lorenzo’s cover image took place just six days after the 6 pound, 5 ounce bundle of joy arrived in the world.

“It’s a different kind of love that I never felt before,” the 24-year-old first-time mom told People, adding that she labored for a full 24 hours before Lorenzo Dominic LaValle was born.

As for baby’s name pick, new dad Jionni LaValle shared, “We were going back and forth, and I just happened to think of Lorenzo. She loved it.”

Lorenzo’s middle name was chosen to honor the reality star’s late uncle. ”I did it for my dad,” she explained.
