Tori Spelling remains in the hospital after undergoing emergency surgery over the weekend. The mother of four, who welcomed son Finn Davey just weeks ago, apparently has suffered complications with her c-section healing.

“Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section,” her confirmed to People on Tuesday after TMZ broke the news of her health struggles. “She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably.”

Born on August 30, Finn Davey‘s arrival marked the fourth c-section for 39-year-old actress, and notably the second in less than a year’s time. She and Dean McDermott’s third child, Hattie, was born on October 10 of 2011.
