Tori Spelling hit the pavement this past weekend, proving her “affordable prices” mantra isn’t just lip service. Didn’t know the pregnant reality star was a bargain shopper? Not only is she seen here at an estate sale, Tori Spelling is launching a kids clothing line with JC Penney!

On August 6 Tori Spelling blogged the news her Little Maven kids clothing line will be in the retail chain and available online beginning September 1.

“Everyone knows I’ve had a passion for designing kids clothes for years. So thats why I’m unbelievably excited to announce my partnership with JC Penney,” Tori Spelling wrote. “My designs have found their perfect home! Now I get to create chic baby and kids clothes that also combine fashion and functionality at very affordable prices!”

“With baby number 4 on the way, all of these elements are even more important to me,” she continued. “Can’t wait to meet baby and bring him or her home from the hospital in new Little Maven Layette.”
