The dish is that Beckham is trying to get in tip top shape before unveiling her spring 2012 designs at New York Fashion Week on September 11.
A source tells Star magazine, “Victoria’s been hiding out until she feels comfortable showing of her body again. She wants Fashion Week to be her coming out party.”
How is Victoria Beckham losing the baby weight? “She is practically starving herself… following a mixture of superstrict programs including the Five Hands Diet, where she’s allowed only five handfuls of food a day,” the source spills.
That includes “blueberries for breakfast, steamed sea bass with green vegetables for lunch and watercress soup for dinner. She’s also snacking on king prawns to rev up her metabolism.”
Beckham is reportedly pairing the strict diet with “high-powered cardio workouts.”
